This complex will rip you off. They charge loyal tenats $200-$300 more for the same floor plan. So you never know if you're getting the same price as the person next door. Renter beware, I would look elsewhere.
This place should be ashamed for their unethical practices! Charging a resident $200 dollars more for the exact same apartment is deplorable!

Rent prices should be the same for everyone! It's not fair to charge whoever you want one price and then charge someone else for the same unit more.
