We moved from Minnesota to Florida in September going from a house on 10 acres to apartment life. The transition has been enjoyable. Maintenance takes care of major issues right away and other issue you have are taken care of as quickly as possible. You may have to remind them of smaller jobs but they're extremely busy.
I absolutely love it here at Arbor Station! The complex is well kept and there is a sense of community that I have never experienced in any other apartment complex. Every Arbor staff member is friendly and approachable, and it's very clear that they really care about their residents. I can't imagine them being anything but fair and reasonable. I look forward to living here for many years to come!
