RecommendedWe moved from N.C. to Tallahassee in the summer of 2019. It was super scary moving into a place you’ve never seen before but the ladies in the office made sure we were taken care of. The communication before moving was on point and everything went very smoothly. This apartment complex by far is the best place I’ve ever lived. Mostly quiet and any issues I have had are addressed timely
I've lived at many different apartments in my life and this one beats them all! The staff is always so friendly and maintenance gets things done quickly! Not to mention it's so quiet! No college kids partying until 3 am (which I experienced a lot in the other apartments). Definitely a great place for a family ❤
We’ve lived here since early 2017 and they have always been quick, friendly, and efficient. When hurricane Michael came through and knocked out the power for 5 days the office got a portable air conditioner, power strips for charging your phone, and water. Super impressed with the level of professionalism here! Highly recommend!!
Had a water leak early this morning in our kitchen, left a message on the emergency maintenance line and got a return call within 3 minutes. Maintenance was here within 20 minutes and quickly fixed the problem and arranged to have the carpet cleaned in the dining room. While unexpected problems happen - it’s all how you fix them that matters and they were great!
I have lived in countless apartment complexes and I must say that this is the most effective and friendly staff and they make living at this community an absolute pleasure!
