Deceptive business practices. Poor management. PAM. Had my daughter and friend pay prorated rent and showed up to move in and said they weren't approved. Took a day off work and rented a u-haul. Still have not been refunded and it's been almost a month. Filed a BBB and Department of Justice Complaint and will be filing in civil court as well. Do not trust this company.

I stayed at Arbor Creek apartments for three years and always paid my rent on time. First let me say that the apartments are 50 years old and most need renovation, and german roaches live in the walls. I became handicapped due to a work place injury, but stayed there two more years. When my workmans comp payments ran out I let them know that I would need to move on 6/1/20. The move went as planned and I payed the rent for June just to be fair. In short, do yourself a favor and just do NOT move here. I have lived here a little over a year and it's just one endless headache after another. Nothing is ever resolved satisfactorily by any of the staff. They are only interested in cheating you out of your money and leaving you to deal with extensive problems on your own. I have had multiple issues with leaks in my apt, including my ac unit flooding the floor and ruining my bed. I had to raise hell to even get it fixed and it still took a few days. I don't care how many peoole say that the representative name Kim was nice. She was very disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. I was advised during the tour for my brother that it was a $50 fee to process the application and allow 48hrs. He applied online at 9pm Wednesday. He called to check the status, they told him they were reviewing it then called back monday stating they needed his id and check stubs and she didnt work sat so she couldnt call us back.
