Worst experience ever!!!!
Overall spent 2 days dealing with yay or nay on prices or trade-in Value. Tell them have my bank ready, but want to see what GM could do. Get told I’m buying to much truck. So after second day of frustrations. Cancelled the negotiations took my vehicles home. Get message next day “ what can they do to save the deal?” Was already in talks with dealership in SA, told them to match price ( same vehicle) and trade in values match. I purchased my Armada approx 2 months ago. They were going to send it off the lot on a very empty gas tank until I asked if it was normal for a car being purchased rather new or used to let it go to new owner at empty. He then put half tank in. It was sent with me no wash, no vaccum. I brought in my trade and the vehicle description I wanted along with my idea of TT&L, loan and trade in values. I didn’t even bring my title or check book. In an hour we had negotiated on the details and taken a test drive. I got my down payment and old title back to Aransas Pass in a few days with the help of a great loam rate bought the car.
