Really!!! Vehicle returned in worse shape Vehicle brought in for ac repair & center console display repair. Upon completion of repair and at time of pick up, the check engine light was on. They let the service department know and were advised that the repairman went home sick and instructed to take the car home and return it Monday. They found that the car is overheating, cruise control not working and when the engine is shut off, the fan starts. Kyle Bogart helped us purchase our new car! I essentially new exactly what I wanted, found it and called the dealership. He did most of the essential work over the phone. When we got to the dealership we were there 30 minutes and we were done! Fast, easy, and great service.
I have bought 3 vehicles from Jessie... he is amazing... i have referred multiple people to him as well... I wish I could say that about the Service Department!!!! Once again I bring my car in for routine oil change and tire rotation... I leave... same day my check engine light comes on... I go back .. I was told the mechanic forgot to hookup some hose... Terrible service experience on my 2010 Yukon yesterday. Still waiting on a call back from the service manager. Too bad. We've bought every personal and business vehicle there for the past 25 years and our salesman Jesse Green is the Best. Hope this can be resolved satisfactorily.
