Really!!! Vehicle returned in worse shape Vehicle brought in for ac repair & center console display repair. Upon completion of repair and at time of pick up, the check engine light was on. They let the service department know and were advised that the repairman went home sick and instructed to take the car home and return it Monday. They found that the car is overheating, cruise control not working and when the engine is shut off, the fan starts. I have bought 3 vehicles from Jessie... he is amazing... i have referred multiple people to him as well... I wish I could say that about the Service Department!!!! Once again I bring my car in for routine oil change and tire rotation... I leave... same day my check engine light comes on... I go back .. I was told the mechanic forgot to hookup some hose... Terrible service experience on my 2010 Yukon yesterday. Still waiting on a call back from the service manager. Too bad. We've bought every personal and business vehicle there for the past 25 years and our salesman Jesse Green is the Best. Hope this can be resolved satisfactorily.
I took my hummer in for a specific problem. it's an intermittent problem, there is a 10 minute delay. if you turn the key and there's nothing wait 10 full minutes and try again. the H3 will start I've spent 700.00 dollars, and been without my car for week , with no guarantee. when I've taken it in there has been problems: wrong parts' parts aren't working, reordering, this last time it was sent to a locksmith, I found out after the fact. I Brought my H3 to the autoplex to fix a problem. not just throw parts and hope.

I purchased a Jeep on 12/30. Within 2 days the service engine light came on and I experienced a shake while driving. I brought it back up there where they had to change the gas tank out for a new one. I also asked that the shake be looked at. When I returned I was told everything was fine with my car. A couple of days later my car begins to shake extremely violently, so bad I have to pull over until it stops. I call back and am told they will do nothing to fix the car.
