HORRIBLE! They were very responsive and friendly until I was not approved for one particular vehicle. Then the sales associate constantly sent me to the voicemail and would not return my phone call. I was only attempting to find another vehicle that I could trade my current one for but after dealing with that, I went elsewhere. I definitely would not recommend their services.

The dealer responded to my question quickly and I got the answer I needed.
To me it is common sense. If you are a car salesman, and it is your job to make money by selling cars. You should make an effort to know about most of the vehicles on the lot. The salesman who helped me named Rusty did not know anything about the vehicle I looked at. He did not inspire confidence at all. I took my business elsewhere.
I visited ARMotorsports, but the car (Volvo) was not on site, the seller provided me a tour, and I pickup a different one, BMW X3, Melody, selwoman very polite and professional, the car in good shape. She expedited the papers process, and about one hour and half I was in my way with the purchased car. Outstanding service, nice people to deal with.
Great place to shop. A fair deal with friendly non-pushy people.
