Called, discussed vehicle, I am still looking but they were good to talk with
I worked with Erika she was great. We didn't buy the black one. They had just got in a red one and I bought it.
Ask about the car online the dealership promptly contacted me the next day during business hours. We arranged a time for when I could look at the vehicle. Got there everyone was polite and easy to talk to. I bought the car that I was interested in. The process was easy just a lot of signatures on the paper work.
Contacted me once, but didn't follow up with second call if vehicle had sold.
quick. Vehicle is originally from Canada, though. Not sure what the implications are for registering.
I emailed company and asked for best out the door price. Their response; we still have the car in stock, schedule a time for a test drive.
I drove an hour and a half to test drive the truck. I liked it and told them I'd think about it overnight. The next morning I told them I wanted to buy it and applied for a loan. Spent half the day communicating with my bank and the dealership to make sure everything was is shape. Later that evening they call me and had sold the truck that same day after I told them that I wanted it. Poor communication. Very disappointed.

Hunter, we don't understand your disappointment with us. YOU declined to make a commitment to purchase by providing us a deposit. You also had the option to secure financing through our lenders before you left. There was NO agreement to hold the vehicle for you. You were called as soon as the truck was sold.
