Just had a visit from Niko one of your service techs in which he was very helpful and relieved a lot of my worries! Been having this dehumidifier and gave some good advice on how to deal with it, which I surely appreciated.

After a fantastic meeting with the salesman and agreeing to a 10k repair, they came in and did NOTHING we paid for. Made things much worse and we're still waiting to have the issue resolved. Poor communication and my house is dangerously close to collapsing on one corner and they are stalling! Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SUBPAR FOUNDATION COMPANY!!
I had AquaGuard install a complete gutter installation on my home. The project was completed by Randy and Joseph. They arrived on time and walked me thru the process and then they began work. As they worked through the installation, I had additional questions which they were glad to answer. They completed the job in a timely fashion and cleaned up all areas. They did a neat and complete job. My wife and I were very happy with it. I give them a TEN and would hire them again. Thx. Lonnie/Michele
UPDATE 04/21/20: Back to one star for these guys. I don't think the work will ever be right. Noticed spalling that was destroying the surface of my concrete all along the 35' drain installed by AquaGuard. Never had this problem before. Fixed it several times, scraping off the surface and applying two types of sealer, several layers each. I noticed the spalling was spreading and my sealer wouldn't hold it so finally called AquaGuard to see what could be done. Someone came out and said "Yep, that's what that is.
