They're usually friendly but today i got home and noticed the whole front end of my car was still filthy....I called and they said there's nothing they can do since I left the lot already. BS. You pay $15 for a car wash...you expect it to be relatively clean...nope!

I just left this place... I asked the attendant to please spray the front and he said 'No.. Too busy' I said excuse me. And he repeated it.. I paid the highest price and because they are busy they can't do a good job. Come on, how many of us in our business can do a half ass job when they are busy? They have lost my business!

We are running over a hundred cars an hour, we do not have time to spray everyone off. Spraying off your car is not included in any car wash package. We're sorry to lose your business, but if you do need your car sprayed off prior to your wash, please come in on a less busy day.
