Went to this car was yesterday and it completely messed up my car rims. I have a 4 day old brand new car. Not even 100 miles on it. Suggestion to people who still go here, get out and check your car before you leave. They claim that once you leave it’s not their problem but there was no sign. I had to make a police report. No contact back from this car was, I’ve contacted corporate. No contact back. Also, no sign stating that they are not responsible for any damage to rims, besides dual wheels. Picture in comments
Pet Owner's Avoid Wash! I brought my small puppy and sister's poodle to one of the Illinois locations. We had heard good reviews of this service. Boy were they wrong. Not only was it really bad, it could have seriously harmed my pupp. The room was warm enough itself, but the water was never warmer than luke warm and the pressure kept going out. Had mishap at Bourbonnais on Jan 27th. The wash track pushed the car I. front of the line into a sensor on the side and smashed/scuffed the bumper. The track did not stop and pushed my Jeep into the car in front of me,bending my license plate, and also pushing the bottom grill on my vehicle in. The response was to pull over when we got outside and exchange insurance info. Excuse me?!? One star is one too many. I went on January 27th, 2018. Drove through like always, and my truck slid off the tracks, which were clearly NOT locked in place. The truck slid into a pole, where I was smashed into several times, due to the other cars behind me slamming into me and each other. Apparently THEIR tires had slid off the track. When the machine FINALLY stopped, the attendants came over and helped me steer out. My truck was full of soap and wax, but I pulled around to the parking area. Went to use the pet wash on 1/22. It was drizzling and got there at 8am and the dog wash was locked.
Ripped off the mirror cover from my driver side mirror today. Employee said I would have to pay for it myself to get fixed. Horrible company.
DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE!! BEWARE! Went to wash my jeep on Saturday and the washer ripped off my license plate and light. The guy running it handed it to me and would not tell me his name. What kind of customer service is this?? I filled out the form on website to have them all me. No call! My friend had his mirror damaged at drive and shine. They paid to have it fixed! Save your money and go to a place that cares!
This does not even rate one star! Don't waste your money! The owners don't care if you are happy or not! Car wash does a crappy job & never have I ever felt with such jerks! I sent an e-mail, called, went there & still no response!
