I've had the $30 monthly pass for a couple months now, and recently I tried using my pass being unaware that there were changes made. The pass used to include 25 washes a month, and now it's down to 10...for the same price! (Ridiculous) I was never notified that the change was being made. Needless to say, I will definitely be using a different carwash from now on!
The wash is a couple years old now. Last two washes were horrible with the last one missing a lot even on windshield. Was told by management that I need to use elbow grease on my own. So basically I understand from them is they know wash isn't working like it did and to go somewhere else? By my calculations I get to save 700 to 1000 dollars a year and use elbow grease at home! I pay for the 15 dollar wash. Maybe the three dollar wash works better? Not giving them another chance!
