Bought the high end car wash , still had bug gook on windshield , and rear bumper was still dirty. The vacuums were a joke.

Paid $10 for a little bit of water to be splashed on my car. Car came out as dirty as it went in. When I showed the worker how dirty my car still was, he said "it's an automatic car wash, it won't get clean". He wouldn't let me go through again!! So, I went a couple blocks down to Easy Clean, paid $8, and now I have a clean car.

This is the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with! The car wash left my car completely spotted! The manager could really care less! And apparently the owner of this small chain doesn't care to deal or even talk to their customers! Go to the crew car wash on 30 in merriville they actually are customer oriented! If you are not satisfied they will rewash your car
Went here for a wash to get basic bugs in the grill off the car and other little dirt spots, barely anything was removed. The attendant didnt fully spray my car and when I asked for a rewash, I was told the more expensive washes MIGHT get a rewash. The wash I bought wasn't meant to get "dirt" off of the car.

We recommend different washes for different levels of dirt, and we recommend a heavy-duty wash for any dirt or bugs that have been sitting on your car for a while as they take more power to remove.
