Since changing to the new machines it makes it very difficult to put money in from sitting in car. Machines are sooooo far back. Sad you didn’t think this one thru.

Bourbonnais wash attendants are horrible. Horribly trained on bumper to bumper assembly line. No return calls after damaging vehicles. Avoid at all costs.
Been coming here for years with no issues. Last 2 washes I’ve had problems. This time I paid for the $15 wash and it wasn’t programmed for it. I caught it before going thru because he refused to give me the air freshener. Then he basically accused me of lying. After stopping the line for a couple minutes to check with someone else, he told me he was pushing me thru and to come back around. I sat at the gate figuring they would be watching for me. Nope.
