Tony and his crew arrived at my house in Holbrook today and installed a 5-ton and 3-ton HVAC system, along with new line sets and repaired all the leaking ductwork throughout the entire house. They also replaced all the grills and filter grills, first and second floor and then left the house cleaner than when they arrived. From the moment they started, the crew was incredibly respectful, clean, neat, and tidy. My wife was very happy and grateful for their work.
Tony was great until he wasn’t. I paid him to swap out all the HVAC ductwork/tubes in my home. Him and his company forgot to open a few of them and didn’t even change two of the tubes. My bedroom isnt getting any cold air and he’s stopped responding to me. In Response to Michael, your father was great! i will say though this issues has been going on since April 4th and the last time he responded to a text of mine was May 9th after two no shows.
