My tech Calville ******* called to give me his arrival time and again upon arrival. He advised me what he would be doing and asked if there were any areas of concern. He treated outside and inside the home. He took the time to cover his shoes before entering the home. When he was done he reviewed the services performed, advised to stay off of certain areas and for how long. He asked if I was satisfied and had any other concerns or questions.
