I was approached at my residence to start a service for pest control. The communication was service for 3 treatments. First treatment was discounted by approximately $50. They showed again after 3 treatments and billed me for it, I agreed and paid it. I had to call aptive to cancel future treatments. My husband and I agreed on allowing Aptive Environment come and spray the inside and outside for bugs. They promised they would get rid of all the bugs.They even promised they would get rid of mosquitoes. Keep in mind they came to our house knocking on the door and trying to sell their business. That should have been an omen not to sign up with them. After they sprayed we still had stink bugs still in our home and of course mosquitoes outside. I was only home on two of their visits.
