**** did a great job . He explained what he was going to do and asked if I had any concerns . He was polite and very professional.

Been with Aptive for at least 3 years our service tech changed. The person who came in March was here less than 6 minutes. Yesterday I found ants crawling up & down our bedroom wall. My husband pulled the moldings off the bottom of the bedroom exterior window to reveal a large active ant nest. We sprayed ourselves, pulled out insulation & cancelled the service. We will spray ourselves! After contacting the company no one cared to ask why we were cancelling!

Sent a text letting me know he would arrive in 20 minutes and when I asked him to text again on arrival instead of ringing the **** he was happy to do so.Treated the outside of the house as well as my concern areas indoors and gave me some helpful tips to keep the ants away in the future.
*********************** was the service technician today. He was very polite, listened to the two concerns I had, and worked thoroughly and efficiently.
****** Small did a great job! He was punctual and did everything he said he would do.
Aptive perform my spring service today and all was great. Especially, ***********************, who was respectful of the many plants we have around the house.
