**** was very good, friendly and a first time tech for doing the service to my place. He texted me to let me know when to expect him, then rang the doorbell and talked to me...my telling him where the property ended as I live in a condo. He also notified me when he left. I felt he was very friendly and I was happy with the service he provided. he seemed like he enjoyed his job, even in the rain. He did ask if I needed inside treatment, which I declined at this time.*** S

Appointments are scheduled automatically and since no one has to come inside, this works fine.Seth M sent a text indicating when he was on the way to my home. Spoke with me before doing the service, to see if I had any questions or concerns. He stated that he recalled doing work in my yard a number of months ago - and followed up with my concerns about hornet nests. He was respectful of my working at home and did not ring the **** when he completed the service. Thank you!
Don't remember his name, but the tech listened to our situation, talked with us to really understand our situation, completed his spraying inside and out. He used socks on his shoes and a mask when inside. He was polite and progessional.
Aptive has always been an easy company to work with. Their service is spot on and on time. ***** was punctual and did a great job. He texted early and confirmed what our pest issues were this time. I highly recommend Aptive for your pest control issues.
