We’ve tried other big control methods and businesses, but Aptive Environmental is by far the best. They’re not in and out in 10 minutes - they do a thorough job and address my concerns. Jason (who sprayed our property) is the best person to come to my house out of any business. I’m super impressed with Aptive’s service today!

I have been using Aptive for 2 years and have been largely happy with their technicians whom I have been able to count on for their knowledge whenever I have raised an issue. That has pleased me. The disconnect with the business office, which is terrible at keeping me informed about dates of service, has been frustrating for me. I’ll either be waiting all day for someone who never shows, or the technician just shows up when I’m not expecting them. I have always been impressed with the great job that the techs at Aptive perform, but I was particularly impressed with Derienne. The appointment time was between 4-6pm. She knew she was spraying the inside as well as outside, so she showed up a little early to spray the outside so she would be done with that by the time the appointment window began.
