Jordan Anderson did a great job servicing my home. We had a lot of spider webs on our house. Jordan swept the house down and treated the whole perimeter. He then spray the inside of our home. Thanks so much!

Got an appointment 2 hours after I talked to the salesman (who was very clean and professional). After that Ammen showed up and took care of the job quickly and professionally and even knew what Undertale was so that makes him extra cool.
Josh was very courteous, on time, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was courteous of my pet, and explained everything as he went along.
Jordan Anderson is who serviced our house today and he did such a great job, I was impressed by his dedication. My outside water hadn't yet been turned on so he used his own drinking water out of his truck to fill up the sprayer on a 90 degree day. He certainly went beyond what I would have expected
It pains me to say this, as I have been pretty satisfied with Aptive thus far, but I have had some serious concerns. It seems after each service that there are webs remaining around my foundation and areas connected to my eaves. My first quarterly service was yesterday and I was disappointed. First, I noticed my service tech running along my yard while treating my lawn with granulation. Second, I was told that the company would use a power spray after the initial service. Josh was the service pro who sprayed my yard. He made sure to ask specifically where my trouble spots around my home were. I found that very admirable, because he obviously wanted to do the best job he could. He was extremely knowledgeable on the information he needs to know for this job. What I appreciated most was how respectful he was of my home and myself.
Kevin and Austin did a great job. They arrived on time, did the job quick. Asked me questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed. They took great care to use products that would not harm my grandkids, cats, or chickens. They were in and out and I hardly noticed they came.
