Austin and Michael arrived early to the 2-hour service window, addressed everything I asked them to and more, and were attentive and careful about kids and pets. I love that Aptive has a free re-service with a smile if we see pests between visits.

We found Aptive through an agent going door-to-door in our neighborhood. The next day, they were able to send out a pest control expert, Josh. He was extremely friendly and explained everything that he would be doing outside the home, as well as inside. He was in and out in less than an hour!
