The Technician, German, was very polite and answered all of my questions. He was thorough and I made sure to have my dog in a spot where he could not hurt the technician which he appreciated.

The Aptive Technicians are always polite and do their job. I once had crickets in my garage but not since Aptive sprayed.
I expect them to knock at the door to let me know they are here before they start the process. I pay my bill at the time of the service, but I am always told to pay the bill on line after the service is performed.
the service is very good and they spray for EVERYTHING. they're very friendly and work with my crazy work schedule.
