I signed up for a multi treatment package. I see ZERO RESULTS. I hired them specifically to combat wasps. Not only do I still see lots of wasps, I see water bugs and roaches in my garage. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT HIRE APTIVE.
Worst customer service and company. DONT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM!They are not reliable and only take your money. don't believe them when they say you can cancel your contract at anytime, there is fine print that says you have to pay for it anyway!

Your service is a joke! I tried to reschedule an application because I was seeing ants & spiders in my home (something I haven’t seen with my previous pest control company). You never responded to calls, emails, or requests on your app. I have called several times to cancel this service and yet someone showed up today. I have sent emails to cancel this service and I have received zero contact. I have been calling and emailing and leaving messages since June. I would not recommend you to anyone!
High pressure sales. Customer service is non-existent. Once they get you under contract they ghost you, won’t return emails and place you on eternal hold via phone. I have more bugs and mounds and tunnels in my yard than ever before. Terrible company wish I didn’t switch. Now I have to figure out how to leave them since they won’t respond
1) Answer my emails 2) Answer the phone 3) resolve an obvious billing problem with my account
They try to schedule me every month ... supposed to come quarterly ... waits on customer service line are way too long
