They will say someone came out to spray and charge you even when no-one came out. The sales rep will falsify information, then they will charge your bank account multiple times and refuse to refund your money. This happened to us recently. our gate was locked and we were home all day. no-one came to spray and yet they charged our account. They refuse to make it right and refund the money they stole. Aptive Environmental The salesman takes lots of notes, but the people that come to do the work don't read them. they are in and out in five minutes. if you're not there to ensure they do the job, it won't get done. I wanted to supervise the first quarterly visit, but i could not reschedule: no one answers the phone and no one returns calls. i was told they would remove wasp nests. they smashed them and left the debris all over my front porch. the worst part is the team lead was carrying a broom. i guess he forgot what it was... read more
Its like they planted bug eggs on my property. There have been massive spiders popping up and when I send emails, I don't get any responses! This is my 2nd time of giving them a chance and never again will they be on my property! The last time they sent a technician, they didn't even get out of their vehicle!!!
Not a good company to have spray your home. Sales person came and said they would come and do the initial treatment and follow up within 20-40 days after (30 days per the contract). When they came, they did not do the items that were promised. Bugs did not diminish after initial treatment. The technician was good, though. Over 99 days passed since initial treatment, then I got a notice that they were coming the day after labor day. I had to postpone. This company said they would be out to service our home three times and never showed up. They said they came and I wasn’t home. No...I was waiting! My dogs would have barked if someone came. I do not recommend this company at all. Beware.
Rude, Super Pushy sales guys, ignore no soliciting signs, and do not wear masks. Customer service is terrible, and not available once you start services. Would not recommend, Ever.

I had a salesman come out to my home. He said that he would spray from the front fence to the back fence every time they come out. He told me that he would set bait stations for the control of mice and rats. He told me that he could control flying insects. Basically, everything he told me is a lie. They came out for the first treatment, they will NOT be spraying from the front fence to the back fence. They will NOT be putting out bait stations.
