Our service pro name was Steve V. He did a really good job spraying all around the house and inside. I am extremely happy with his service. He made sure to set up traps around the house after I told him I had mice. And he sprayed outside of my house and made sure no aunts or other insects come into my house. Justis and Alan did a great job. They sprayed around the house, concentrating on where we had add problems. It has been several weeks now and have not had seen any ants since. They even checked out the crawl space.
Matt came out for our first initial treatment. He was able to address problem areas that we were not aware of, and really was able to spray the deck well. He then came inside and sprayed around some troublesome areas. He was professional and friendly.
Robert came out and explained to me what to expect after the first spray. He treated the outside and problem areas on the inside of our home. Robert was friendly, and professional.
Tra came out to our home and did a very thorough job inside and out. He asked us if we had any particular problem areas and addressed them. He also found 3 wasp nests that we were not aware of. He was very friendly and professional. Glad we went with Aptive.
Matt came out and let me know he was here and then proceeded to do a great job! The ant problem seems to be solved!!
This company has been to my house twice so far. The employees are always polite and knowledgeable. And they have solved my problems. I would highly recommend them.
Robert was thorough and knowledgeable. He was polite and seemed interested in meeting our needs. Recognized our problem with carpenter bees and was sure to treated area of infestation and nearby areas.
We live in a heavily wooded area with lots of creepy crawlers. Our service pro Matt took time to make sure he got all of the webs, and nests. He even check the play ground. He was very professional and answered my questions patiently. Thank you!!
