Aptive recently serviced my home. I found the technician, Robert, professional and knowledgeable about the services. He was polite and patient. Although it's too early to determine full effectiveness of services, I rate this company a 5 for their services
It is my first time using aptive service. Mauricio Jasso, the pest control service agent, came next day and did awesome job taking care of our outside and inside house pest control. He was kind and caring and he met all our expected need. Plus, we had a wasp hive on our front tree which he took care of very well. Excellent service!
We like the idea that Aptive uses environmental-friendly product. Ben T. was the service pro. He arrived on-time. He explained everything. Very attentive and friendly. We received a report of the service provided. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service provided by Ben T. We are only giving 4-star because this is our first time using Aptive. We have yet to find out how effective the product is in solving our pests issues.
