Great service..Ben Chuatal was the Service Pro who came and worked on our home. He was so great with explaining everything..I was not at home when he came the first time around (my mistake), I called Aptive and Ben promptly came back..I would highly recommend this company!
Ruben was our rep and he was great. Despite us probably being his last call for the day and being located in the South suburbs, he was so thorough and patient. He sprayed and checked every nook and cranny to ease my wife who is scared of every bug possible. We will definitely be continuing with their services! Billy L
Stephen V. helped remove an infestation of wasps from our patio umbrella. They had been bothering us for the last few months. He was able to handle it efficiently and professionally. Now we can enjoy the last nice days of summer on our patio.

Andrew R. was our technician yesterday. He was fabulous; he knocked on the door rather than ringing the bell (he could tell we had kids and didn't want to risk waking anyone up from a nap), he introduced himself, and explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. Mauricio J was my service technician today, he was very nice, professional and really listened to my concerns. And was on time! Never happens with big companies, that was a great first impression. The inside and outside of my home was treated, and my unwelcomed bee and wasp problem was taken care of. Itll be great not fearing a trip to the hospital from a sting. Product doesn't work and after 2 attempts my family is still getting bit by spiders. They snuck a 180.00 cancellation fee into agreement as a ransom money if we want to use a pest service that actually works!
Our technician was Steve V., and he went above and beyond today. Helped us solve the issue and educated me along the way - couldn't be happier. Thanks again Steve.
Our technician is Matt B - we talked & he is a very nice guy!! He explained all of my service. I had extra ant hills and mentioned to him so he sprayed that area also. Great job!!!
