The representative Ruben did an excellent job by cleaning exterior and interior of my house today! It's first time using the service. So far so good.
Robert was great at explaining everything that he was doing. He was extremely knowledgable regarding the company and products he used.
Today, Robert, from Aptive, came by to treat my yard, foundation, my home inside & out with their environmental friendly pesticide. I have been fighting to keep Ants out doors for months/years..... I can't brag enough about Robert and how friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable he was. I truly hope Aptive works for me. I'll know soon. Edgar R. from Aptive Environmental was the service pro that came to our home yesterday to spray for pests. He was friendly and knowledgeable about his product and shared other environmentally friendly tips to control pests. Spencer was very knowledgeable and sold us on the company. Justis and Alan came out to perform the service and did a fine job inside and out. They were also very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail.
Arrived promptly during agreed upon appointment plan. Confirmed my receipt of email from Active. Explained purpose of visit, completing requested outside service today, with return appointment to be scheduled in a month. Appreciated explanation of service provided to prevent incoming insects and mice. Was respectful, friendly and professional in his approach, making sure I understood everything before and after he completed his work, including approximate time involved.
Robert was great! He walked me through everything and was in and out in a half hour. Great job, Robert!
