So they guy was walking around our "no soliciting" neighborhood and approached me outside while I was working on my car. Gave me his pitch I kindly regected. Well to make a long story short he said he could do it for 69 bucks usually it's 109 and I told him to go ahead. Tried to pay with cash they couldn't do that apparently so gave him my card could not have made it more clear I did not want to sigh a contract he tells me no problem you at least have to do 3 treatments if I'm gonna give you the 1st for 69. Jarold took the time to answer many questions I had about the overall service provided and what expectations I should have concerning how it will get rid of pest. Jarod was polite and maintained a positive attitude which led me to believe he enjoyed the work he was performing
