Curtis L. did initial treatment for my house yesterday. He was extremely professional and all insects we saw previously disappeared the next day. I also got the full understanding of what they are doing and why. Extremely satisfied with the service!
Our first consultation with Aptive happened today and so far so good! Dom was on time and very thorough with his explanation of our services and what his plan of action was for our house. Andrew Edwards did a thorough treatment of my home yesterday. I really appreciate Aptive's employees as they are very polite and listen to your needs. I am highly allergic to bee's and other stinging insects, but Andrew took care of the few problematic spots on the eaves and outside of my house. He also treated inside the house and the lawn. So far the company has done very well. Jonathan G did a great job explaining all the pests they would treat for and answered all of my questions. Dominic O. arrived in the middle of the allotted time window and explained all the services he was going to do, and then when he was done went over them again. He address all the onsite concerns as well. So far we are very happy.

The Aptive professionals that came out were Jared R. and Bryan S. They were very knowledgeable in their duties. They answered all my questions and told me what to expect within the next 2 weeks and they were right. I fully recommend this company to anyone who needs results. Dominic was awesome today! His mannerisms were amazing and he's going to rid us of our spiders!! I would recommend him to anyone who needs a bug guy!!
