Can't speak as to the results yet since this was my 1st treatment but Tyler and Adam were on time and very professional explaining everything. They were knowledgeable helpful when answering questions and seemed thorough.

We absolutely love Aptive. Not only are they very thorough with treating the house the first time around, but they will come back to fix anything in case you think they missed a spot :) Matthew Walden is our technician. He's come out a few times now and he always does a great job. The amazing thing is that he really remembers his customers. M Walden was great, on time, experienced, knows his stuff well. He was knowledgeable and answered my question promptly.
Isiah was very professional and courteous. Would like to have him provide the service on A regular basis.
Jerry was courteous and professional. He introduced himself and let us know what services he would be performing, rather than just getting to work without us knowing it.
Basil and Jerry were here today and did a very quick but through job. They seem very knowledgeable, prompt and respectful even though I had a big mess from cleaning and combining homes . I am very happy with their services and would recommend them . Reneec
It was a cold and blustery day. A good day to do less than expected. Not for Basil, though. He cleaned and appropriate chemicals the same as a summer day. I guess it just the way active does business. Their professionalism is consistent.
