Ivan W. did a great job going above and beyond for our routine quarterly visit. Not only did he look for answers when he didn't immediately have them, he came back with solutions! He also pulled our ladder out and took down a flood light for us that had a wasp nest attached to ensure there would be no more "guests" moving in. Great job!
Callie and Cody came and did our initial service today. They were on time, professional, and thorough. Can’t wait for the treatment to get to work and our bugs to leave!

Today was our second service date with Aptive. Derek was our service pro. He was very friendly & knowledgeable & when there was a certain pest problem I showed him & he didn't know the answer to he got on the phone with his supervisor & found out how to solve to problem. So far we are very pleased with Aptive's service. I would recommend them for your pest problems.

Aptive people always answer the phone promptly. The service people (today was Sear and Pierre) are very knowledgeable and will come back again if needed.
