I have used another pest control for 10+ years. I decided to try Aptive when they came to my door, and offered their services at about the same price as I had been paying. With the previous provider, I was never rid of the bugs and spiders. We are just starting with Aptive, so I hope that I can finally be rid of bugs and spiders in my home. I was very pleased with L. Williams' service.
My Service Pro, Brandon Cecil, did a great job. He arrived on time, explained everything easily, and completed the job in a timely manner. He was polite, friendly and competent.
Brandon M was courteous, prompt and professional. He answered all of my questions. I appreciate that he really took his time when he treated the inside and outside of my home. I will request him as my regular service pro for my quarterly visits.
My service man, Mitch Mecham was great! Very knowledgeable, professional and made sure I knew every step he was taking to ensure no pests will invade our home! I feel secure in recommending him and Aptive for your pests service.
We just had our first service call with Xavien - he was PHENOMENAL!!! Courteous, polite, professional and very prompt!! I will be requesting him to be our service provider going forward!!
I'm very pleased with Mr. Dionty's professionalism. He called ahead of time to make sure someone was home. Service was fast and thorough. Mr. Dionty even cleaned all the spider webs in the garage as well as treated the area.
Mark T. Was awesome although he said he was new to the company he explained in more detail what the sales rep did not. Ants & Fleas have been a big issue this year so much so our family pet almost lost her foot due to her stepping in an ant mound Mark made sure to double check for any mounds and treat them if need be.
