I've had a great experience with this company so far. I'm usually put off by people that come door to door, but Spencer was really pleasant and helpful identifying the type of roach infestation we had. The two technicians, Xavien and Jawon, who came out to treat the yard today were especially friendly. Not only did they do a great job treating the yard, but they took the time to meet (and play with) my dog so she wouldn't go nuts barking while they worked. Way to go guys! Eddie Hernandez performed our first treatment today. He was on-time, very pleasant and professional. He went over all the information of what he would be doing and what we could expect from the treatment. He found a couple of ant hills that I hadn't detected yet and treated them.
Xavien did an amazing and outstanding job. he was very friendly. Xavien went above and beyond and picked up a dead possum that was found in my backyard. Keep up the good work Aptive.
