JUST SAY NO. The high pressure salesman berated my wife and would not leave her alone until she agreed to sign up for service. He made all kinds of promises. His story changed over time. Basically he would say anything and wouldn't stop saying it until she signed up. I called to cancel and they charged me a cancelation fee of over $200. What a dirty business. You guys need to clean up or clear off.
The service tech was Kris. She was very professional, and knowledgeable of the product and service. She was very friendly. She did come inside to spray. The whole time she was in the house we were very comfortable. Even though she stayed professional, she still had a fun sense of humor, and a great personality. At this point, I an a very satisfied customer! We have only had two services so far, but if all the employees or like Kris and Henry Noble, I believe I will remain a satisfied customer.

My five star rating is simply based on service so far. Maurice came out promptly and was very friendly and professional. He covered the entire outdoor and indoor areas and let me guide him to the trouble spots. I hope future services are just as professional and hope to see some great results soon!
Mercedes covered our entire yard, fence and even looked outside the fence for pest activity. This was by far, the most thorough pest control service we've received at our home.
Great service from the beginning! Colby E. who approached us with a plan and Maurice who actually came out and treated our home, both were exceptional. Both were personable, charismatic and thorough. Very professional and honest people.
Caleb came to the door to sell me the yearly package. I was reluctant since we just had a Terminex employee try to do the same only to find out that they wanted the year's worth of payments that day. No thank you, Terminex! I was very pleased with the plan that Aptive had to offer and they actually had an appointment for me the same day. We recently signed for Aptive services and could NOT be more pleased. They were extremely professional during the process of signing up and I felt completely confident in their abilities to do the job. When Matt Carswell showed up to perform our first service he was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He was very friendly and was not at all intrusive of our home.
