Ours is brand new steamer worked for two days and hasn’t worked since. We have changed the canister and now the service light is flashing. This is very frustrating as it’s very cold and house is so dry. Disappointed!
Poor customer service in return phone calls. Left messages twice in a week and no call back yet 4 days later
Top quality products on the market. The most advanced as well. I have been in the HVAC field for over 23 years. And yes I don't get kickbacks. I like a products that work for my customers and company.
Paid way too much for this thermostat. It constantly would lose connection on being able to use the app to control the device. Customer service person even admitted they had similar issue. After many months I am dumping this thermostat and going with Nest.
