Why would I recommend this ad/page Facebook just gave me for some heating and air conditioning business in Wisconsin when I live in Texas and have absolutely NO interest in or need for this product whatsoever? You might want to talk to Facebook about adjusting the target audience for your ads as they sure missed the mark on this by giving your ad to me; seems like a waste of your advertising money to give your ad to me.

UPDATE: After this post Aprilaire contacted me via FB messenger! After sending photos, they are providing two replacement filters. I appreciated that they reached out, and also the more positive interaction I had with this current service team. —— I have had two OEM Aprilaire 413, filters that had bonding failure. The filter media separated from the tracks. I contact Aprilaire, told them the problem. This was a few years ago. The filters were a few years old after purchase, NOT use time. Aprilaire 700 installed, professionally, Oct 2018. I changed the filter for this heating season in November 2019. The unit worked for one month and now it doesn't work at all. $800 for unit and install and it worked for one year. I can't afford a technician, so I guess I'm stuck with a huge piece of junk hanging on the side of my furnace. DO NOT respond with a number I can call. I'm not interested. I've done all the troubleshooting that you could possible tell me about.
Customer service is terrible. Spoke to 3 different techs in an attempt to connect my 8820 thermostat to wifi. All three could not help and eventually said its the internet provider causing the problem. Spoke with provider and they assured it was not on their end. The thermostat was connected a month ago but out of nowhere it lost the connection and wont reconnect. The last tech stated I could send the thermostat in and it could be checked out, I asked what I do for a thermostat in mean time and his response was I dont know. ... read more
No longer supply parts for Model 2400 air cleaner. Installed in 2003. Would expect at least 20 years of service, and that they would stand behind product

The customer service with Aprilaire has been outstanding! Our new home had an Aprilaire 800 installed but not maintained and therefore not working. A call to customer service was spot on.
