Wow! April is amazing, I was not the easiest to get approved but she worked magic and jumped through hoops for me. I had some negative remarks on my credit so I knew there would be challenges. One being that the first mortgage lender couldn’t get me approved but April went right on to the next and pushed hard and made sure to be on top of all communication with myself and the mortgage lenders when completing each task. Very detailed and conscientious at her job. It was a pleasure working with her. She was on top of everything and understood our needs. We have a dog and she took that into consideration when scheduling showings on our house.
