This company doesn't even deserve one star. HORRIBLE customer service!! We had an order called in at 9:44am and called every hour after 5pm for an update and when I explained my father could possibly not make it through the night without the oxygen the guy laughed at me! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

Worst customer service ever. We order things that never come. They deliver things we never ordered. They bill us for things multiple times and for services/products we never received. They schedule things that never happen. When you call to question or challenge any of their shortcomings (billing errors, non-delivery, scheduling, etc.), you are put through a maze of foreign call centers who are completely clueless, and despite spending literally hours getting bounced around, rarely solve the issue. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time! I can't believe they are still in business with how they treat their customers! Only reason I dealt with them was because I had to with my insurance but at this point I think it would be better to pay out of pocket and go outside my network, that's how bad they are!

This is the WORST company ever. Everytime I call, and wait for 20-25 minutes, they hang up on me. So very aggravating and ridiculous!

I have a problem with company being paid by My insurance but they don't credit my account. I received a bill for $213.90. It states No Insurance this for bills were for 2014. These were paid 4/1/15. This not the first time this has happened. The last time I had to go thru Attorney General's Office, WV in order to get straighten out. They tried to collect from my insurance co. twice after they had been paid. I tried to call them twice and one time it was going to be a 90 min. wait and the second time I was told it would be a ... read more

WORST customer service I have ever dealt with! they charged my credit card without asking because my insurance changed and they didn't have the right info ( they did have my number and my credit card info so they just charged it) had they called we could have fixed the problem right there! but now I've called 3 times been but on hold for 37min the first time 49 min the second and made sure there was nothing else they needed, I got a automated call that said I needed to call immediately to resolve this issue I did and was on ... read more

WORST customer service I have EVER experienced! Representatives hang up on you or "disconnect the call". Still am waiting on a unit that was ordered by my doctor back in March! Have yet to receive the machine but because FedEx says it was delivered (without a signature which was requested multiple times) I am not being charged for something I don't have and still have the problem! TERRIBLE company!! Go anywhere else but here!

Terrible to work with. Double billing my insurance and charged my credit card for the multiple deductibles.

Rip off!! As with most other post here, do NOT, I repeat do NOT, give them your debit card information. They will charge the full amount, when the agreement you signed up for monthly rental fees winds up costing you a fortune after they charge the full cost of a unit. They do not fulfill their part of the agreement. If you try to get your money back, it's a waste of time! Terrible business practices....BEWARE!!
