RUN as fast as you can... WORST customer service ever! In the past three days have spent over 2 1/2 hours on hold! To make hold worse, every 30 seconds they you are informed your call will be answered "in a moment". Waiting on a delivery of a hospital bed for my father. No window of time given - "might have an emergent oxygen delivery" and therefore can't give any kind of idea. I am not asking for the world here... just more than sometime today. I'm guessing all of those giving more than 1 star either 1. Work for the company. OR. 2. Were hired to give good remarks/stars Company sucks & customer service ppl suck even more & horribly rude on the phone!
Doesn't deserve 1 star. They will take money out of your account even after they supposedly take your card info out of their system . Worst company to deal with .
I got a check in the mail, a refund for over payment, addressed to my wife. $25 and change. I could have just forged her name and been done with it but that seemed wrong. Also, it's fraud. So, I took the high road. I called the local number in the phone book. The lady was responsive but unable to help and passed me on to the department that should have been able to handle it. Negative 5 star!! Worse company ever!!!! Can't even give it a star cause it's not worth giving, but I have to in order for this to be posted!!! Your business ethics is horrible!!!! Never again!! I am on a fixed income, my wife got a cpap machine on Wed. 6-25-14. They (Apria) wanted $71.86 for a set up fee. We explained that we would not have the money until July 3, and could we be billed for the fee. They said that would be alright.They even put a notice on the statement that they would bill us. On Fri 6-27 they took the money out of our bank. we called and they put it back.
