My experience of Apria over the past 2 months leaves me with the desire to rate with negative stars. Because of Apria's inability to communicate within it's own office, with me the primary care provider or with the patient, my patient remains without needed equipment. A month was lost in placing my order and now I'm told it will take at least another 2-3 weeks for equipment to arrive. Totally unacceptable. Never again! Horrible customer service to fulfill a very basic need for CPAP supplies, feel bad for anyone that needs to deal with this company for more serious matters. American Home Patient is by far a superior supplier. Furthermore, my need was never even fulfilled, I ended up at a local branch and paid out of pocket to avoid any further involvement with their administrative staff.
A big thanks to Kaiser Permanente and Apria Healthcare for getting my PAP machine to me so fast. Had the test machine over last weekend returned it to Kaiser this past Monday morning, Kaiser read the data, wrote the prescription by Tuesday, Wednesday Apria called for verification of copay, I missed the call Called them first thing yesterday and everything "with no help from FedEx" Is in my hands today............Going to be a great 3 day weekend!!!!!
Unable to keep track of information that has been sent to them from Doctor's office or insurance company. Customer service representatives are rude and don't care about anything but getting off of the call with you. Supervisors do not call back customers ever. I would give zero stars if I could.
