I recently ordered more mask cushions for my cpap. Once again, I was sent the wrong thing. This would be the third or fourth time this has happened. It has been VERY FRUSTRATING dealing with them.

I have been waiting a long time for a new Cpap, and it has finally come, but with the wrong mask. I let them know and the next thing they sent was an oxygen supply kit (which I don't use). HOPEFULLY, next time they will get it right!

They are a complete nightmare. They never supply what they say, I've re-ordered supplies 5 times, and they never come. They never call back, and basically, it would be hard to be worse. Avoid at all costs!

These folks have a total misrepresentation of what medicare guidelines are. They took this guideline below and advised me that they couldn't provide O2 for my Mom simply because she felt Apria might have been better and she wanted to leave her previous provider. "If you have Medicare and use oxygen, you’ll rent oxygen equipment from a supplier for 36 months. After 36 months, your supplier must continue to provide oxygen equipment and related supplies for an additional 24 months. Your supplier must provide equipment and suppl... read more

Due to COVID they wouldnt get near me to fit a different mask. I asked questions that they didn't answer and I had to research myself.

My doctor ordered a nebulizer and I received a call from them at 4:40 pm and told it would be delivered the next day, but I needed to pay them $3.95 by credit card, and they would then send me an agreement to digital sign. I paid them with a credit card, but after the call I reviewed the agreement which was totally unacceptable. It gave them the right to charge my card for any additional cost, no pre approval, etc. It took 4 or 5 calls the next morning to reach someone. I now must make sure my insurance company is not billed... read more

Trying to get a replacement CPAP machine. My doctor faxed the required documentation to Apria several times and received a transmission receipt each time. Apria claimed they never received anything even though my supplemental insurance sent me a letter looking for documentation that Apria was supposed to send them. I wonder why Apria sent them a notification for a CPAP request if they never received anything from my doctor. NEVER EVER EVER EVER GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO
