After going through many phone #'s and push the "button", I am able to get my supplies fairly quickly. I have MANY problems, with excuses, of course as to why I don't get my oxygen tanks on time. I don NOT like this company and want my old supplier, Eddie Test, back. Also, I can't understand most of the phone operators which is a big no-no to me since I was a long distance operator many years ago.

No. It took me several times to get through. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Only with clear directions Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
