Sam did it again for me!! This time the ice maker on my Samsung Fridge was leaking. Sam came up & repaired quickly!! Thanks again!! Sam from Appliance Service Expert was awesome! My washer stopped pumping water, and not being able to do laundry is NOT good! Stan came over on a Friday eve, assessed what parts were needed, and was back 24 hours later to fix it...done! Professional and courteous...I highly recommend Stan and Appliance Service Expert!

I called on a Saturday to set up an appointment to repair a double Dacor oven that was not preheating. A person actually answered the phone and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning between 9 and 11. The service man called at 9 saying he was on his way and would be there at 930. He was. The technician, Sam tested the oven and determined it was the circuit board, he had it in stock, and repaired it on the spot. The charges were reasonable and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.
