Appliance service expert help me to fix my fridge las Monday. Sam, the technician was on time in my apartment and he was so friendly and very professional. I will definitely call him again if I have any issues with my appliances
If I need help with any of my appliances I will call ASE. Las week they fix my dryer and washer and I can not be more happy with it! Everything works fine and I like the way they do business.
Great customer service!!! The best one. Jonathan came on time, as I was expected, and he was so nice guy, an excellent worker. We talk a little and he explained to me and so fast without loosing any time, he fix it, and that's it!
So good. i give them 5 stars, because they deserve it. since the beginning, when I call them they were super nice and friendly, they did an excellent job and everything was so fast and quiet. I do recommend them.

I strongly recomend this company. James showed up 15 minutes early from the scheduled time appointment. A honest repairman, did 20 minutes troubleshooting, and then told me to get a new dishwasher instead of spending my money having it repaired. He said Im just gonna end up spending more money on multiple future repairs. Thanks for honesty
Fantastic experience. John was so positive and motivated. We talked about life and he gave me some good advice. He was able to fix my washer really quick. He also checked my other appliances and changed my fridge light bulb. Felt very fortunate that I got to meet him and used the service of the them. They will be on at the top of my list if I have any appliance issues.
Julie is amazing! She booked appt. right away for the same day, John came, diagnosed the problem quickly and explained me the issue. He was very professional and friendly. Next day he came with needed part for my fridge and installed it. I will definitely be calling this company for all of my appliance repair needs.
