Chuck is an awesome appliance tech. This is my first time experience with your repair company. Chuck was totally professional explaining what the problems were with my washing machine and my refrigerator. He ordered the two parts. Came back a week later to install them. I am over the top pleased. Thank you Chuck for fixing my appliances.
Friendly, quick, and reasonably priced.
Used them many times, honest company and friendly.
They lied day in day out. Making appointments and never showing. Blaming on new employee. Saying parts are in and they are no because they do not want to make two trips. Lying to the insurance company and clients...Not a good business model. Contacting BBB and Angie's List.
Excellent service, very responsive, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.
