After 4 days of a warm fridge and pure headache and frustration with our home warranty company we ended up paying out of pocket to have our refrigerator fixed. The Appliance Guys fit us into their schedule ASAP and were done in 10 mins all for a reasonable price. They are knowledgeable and friendly guys and their office assistant was an absolute angel as well! I was so surprised about this company! I needed a quick service for my dryer and I caller Appliance Guys. I talked with the owner Steve and he was amazing! I did not bother to look elsewhere! Than came the service day, he came on time and the Technician Felipe was very professional and so understanding and explained everything. I will definitely use this company again! Thank you !
Excellent service. Arrived as scheduled and Felipe did a great job explaining what he was doing, what to look for in the future and left everything immaculate. Furthermore, our service call ended up being a non-issue yet Felipe didn't upsell or try to charge us for any additional items. Thank you!
Felipe just completed the repair of our washing machine and we cannot be more pleased with his service. He was prompt, friendly, polite, and knowledgable. He worked with skill and efficiency. Fee for service was reasonable. This is the second time that we've used Appliance Guys and our prior experience with John's repair of our dishwasher was just as positive.
