Every one of the recommendations I read are absolutely true. When you find a contractor who delivers superior customer service these days you cant wait to share the news. The Tech that serviced my refrigerator was Dave. AS I have read the other comments I notice that several other of their employees have demonstrated the same superior customer service and expert knowledge of appliance repair. They are lucky to have such a staff. If you need repairs make them your first call, you won't be disappointed.
Fast, friendly, got the part ordered and job done quickly. Dishwasher works better than new. Choose Alliance Guys. They’re the Best!!
The Appliance Guys (Chuck) haven't failed me yet! We had a freezer issue for years (ice damming) and were told there was no fix and no part avail. Chuck came out and fixed - that's right, fixed (with good old knowledge and ingenuity) the freezer. Just today Chuck came through again, fixing our dishwasher that was no longer draining. Fast and trustworthy - my kind of company.
